About Me

I’m Yetunde Akinniran, a therapist with over seven years of experience working in Nigeria, I bring a culturally informed and trauma-sensitive lens to my work.
My career has been deeply rooted in supporting children, teens, and adults facing significant challenges — including anxiety, trauma, addiction, mood disorders, and the lasting impact of domestic violence. I’ve also been involved in community-based advocacy, including creating autism and ADHD awareness in schools across Nigeria, where increasing understanding and early support for neurodivergent children was urgently needed.
Whether you are navigating generational trauma, managing daily anxiety, or trying to rebuild after crisis, my goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you — at your pace, in your voice, on your terms. Our work together is a collaboration grounded in trust, cultural humility, and genuine care.
