Adoption of the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism
The Ontario Psychological Association has formally adopted the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) Working Definition of Antisemitism. The IHRA definition serves as a means for identifying and addressing antisemitic behavior and speech, and we believe it strengthens our efforts to uphold human rights and dignity.
By adopting this widely recognized definition, we reaffirm our commitment to identifying, addressing, and combating antisemitism in all its forms. Antisemitism has no place in our association or in society. This step strengthens our ongoing efforts to stand against hate and uphold the values of dignity, equality, and human rights.
