Understanding AccessOAP and the Ontario Autism Program

Overview: 

The Ontario Psychological Association is partnering with AccessOAP to deliver an introductory session on the Ontario Autism Program. This presentation will provide an overview of AccessOAP as well as services and supports available under the Ontario Autism Program.

About the presenters:

Marilyn Kingsley is a Regional Service Network Manager at AccessOAP, where she has worked since 2023. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and has been working in the social services field for over 25 years. In this role, she is striving to work with families and service providers across the north region to promote awareness and access to the Ontario Autism Program.


Ishanee Jahagirdar is a Regional Service Network Manager at AccessOAP, where she has worked since March 2023. She is an occupational therapist by background, with many years of experience supporting children and families across settings, including children’s treatment centres, schools, and multidisciplinary clinics. She now enjoys working in partnership with community organizations and service providers in support of children and families in Ontario.


Jennifer Haynes is a Regional Service Network Specialist at AccessOAP, where she has worked since 2024. Jennifer is deeply committed to supporting families navigate programs and supports within the Ontario Autism Program (OAP). She works closely with both families and service providers by providing education and information about the OAP.
