About Me

I currently practice fully virtually, over Zoom.

I assess and treat depression, anxiety, insomnia, OCD, trauma-related symptoms (e.g., PTSD, complex trauma), stress, interpersonal issues, unexplained physical symptoms (e.g., pain, fatigue), emotion dysregulation, panic, and other emotional and personality difficulties. I create a personalized plan to meets your needs through evidence-based treatments. I am honoured to work with all individuals and will attend to your intersecting identities with openness and humility.

My approach balances compassion with accountability. I encourage you to face the difficult things you may wish to avoid. Whatever you share with me, I will meet you in it with a steady presence so we can work through it together. In this process, we are equal collaborators: you are the expert on yourself, and I bring psychological training, experience, and evidence-based approaches to support your goals.

I received my Clinical Psychology PhD in 2022 from Toronto Metropolitan University and did my residency with the Nova Scotia Health Authority, in the Mood Disorders Program and Medically Unexplained Symptoms Clinic. I have experience in both community mental health and private practice.
