About Me

I work with adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, challenges managing big feelings, and relationship issues. If you have recently immigrated to Canada or are working to find new meaning after traumatic and overwhelming life experiences, I would be honoured to accompany you in your journey as you grow and adjust to changes in your life.

I support newcomers, professionals, and LGBTQIA+ individuals navigating stress, identity, and major life changes. Together, we explore how cultural transitions, family expectations, or work pressures affect your well-being. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and affirming — helping you manage stress, prevent burnout, and build self-acceptance.

Therapy with me is warm, supportive, and focused on helping you reconnect with your strengths. Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety or longing for a deeper sense of belonging, I will meet you where you are and walk with you toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
