About Me

Megan is a Psychological Associate (Supervised Practice) with a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology. She is in her final year of supervision under Dr. Anita Federici and Dr. Healey Gardiner as part of the registration process with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.

Megan has specialized training in evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Enhanced CBT for eating disorders (CBT-E), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), and CBT for Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (CBT-AR). She works primarily with adults experiencing eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, borderline personality disorder, and difficulties with emotion regulation.

Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Megan is particularly passionate about supporting highly emotionally sensitive individuals—those who often feel “too much,” experience emotions intensely, and take longer to return to baseline. She helps clients build on their strengths, learn new skills, and move toward greater authenticity and growth.

Outside of her clinical work, Megan enjoys playing guitar, spending time with her family, and exploring nature trails with her golden retriever, Archie.
