Dr. Diana Borrelli is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists and Applied Behavior Analysts of Ontario. She earned her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Medaille University in Buffalo, New York. Since 2015, Dr. Borrelli has worked in public and private clinics, providing group and individual therapy services and psychological assessments.
In her counseling practice, Dr. Borrelli specializes in treating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, eating disorders, chronic pain, self-esteem issues, and relationship and workplace stress. She employs a client-centered, integrated approach to therapy, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to create personalized treatment plans.
