About Me

I have 10+ years of experience practicing as a Clinical Psychologist with adults and older adults. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at McGill University in 2012, and am registered as a psychologist in both Ontario and Quebec. My sessions are currently virtual only.

I take an evidence-based, integrative, trauma-informed approach and strive to create a strong therapeutic alliance, laying the foundation for our collaborative, healing work together. My therapy space is LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, weight-inclusive (anti-diet), and inclusive of neurodiverse communities.

My clinical approach is based primarily in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and incorporates other empirically validated techniques, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I treat anxiety disorders, OCD, mood disorders (including depression), eating disorders, body image struggles, self-esteem difficulties, and workplace burnout, among other issues. I also provide gender-affirming care.

I strive to create a warm and non-judgemental space where clients can work toward building a more authentic life in line with their values, while providing clients with tools and strategies for their mental health toolbox.
