About Me

While I am able to treat a variety of concerns, I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigating life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, anxiety, or depression. Do you want to feel understood and affirmed, and to develop a deeper sense of self-acceptance and connection in your life? Are you seeking support working toward improving your relationships, and managing stressors unique to your experiences? Are you looking for a therapist who provides a safe, nonjudgmental space where your voice and intersecting identities are truly respected and acknowledged?
I offer affirming, evidence-based therapy that incorporates a deep understanding of intersecting sexual, gender, racial, ethnic, and other identities. I have extensive experience with identity exploration, relationship issues, and mental health concerns. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, challenged, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
Reaching out for support takes courage, and you deserve to feel safe and respected as you explore your concerns. I strive to create a welcoming space where you can be your true self. If you are ready to take the next step or just want to learn more, I invite you to connect. You are not alone.
