Dr. Wojtowicz currently is located in Burlington Ontario, and has a specialization in women's mental health. Dr. Wojtowicz has expertise in working with pregnant and postpartum women who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or trauma-related disorders. Utilizing best practice approaches, Dr. Wojtowicz also provides support, compassion, and encouragement for women experiencing infertility, pregnancy loss, and birth and reproductive trauma. Additionally, Dr. Wojtowicz supports women who have been parenting for a while, and are feeling burnt out, depleted, short-fused, and overwhelmed. Dr. Wojtowicz also supports women who have raised children, and are struggling with the transition after years of child-rearing come to an end.
Dr. Wojtowicz focuses on empowering women to develop self-trust, build confidence, embrace vulnerability, manage self-doubt, set boundaries, connect with their values, navigate difficult work and family decisions, and move towards living a more authentic life. Dr. Wojtowicz's goal is to enhance clients' awareness and understanding of the origins of their challenges, enabling them to reconnect with self-trust and their core values. This process allows them to move forward with greater intention and self-compassion, facilitating the changes they wish to see in their lives.
