About Me
I offer comprehensive ADHD and psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, virtually, for individuals living in Ontario. My approach is thorough, supportive, and designed to help you gain clarity about strengths, challenges, and next steps. I also provide ADHD coaching and therapy for individuals in Ontario and BC, with related concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel supported in exploring your experiences, navigating complex emotions, and making meaningful changes guided by your values and goals.
As a therapist, I integrate strategies from cognitive-behavioural, acceptance-based, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches, tailoring a treatment plan to fit your needs and goals. My focus is on truly understanding your concerns and what you hope to achieve, and adapting our work together so it feels both meaningful and effective.
I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, gain clarity, and make changes that matter to you. If this approach resonates, I’d be happy to connect and answer any questions you might have.
