About Me

Many individuals find it challenging to understand and manage their mental health, whether it’s dealing with negative thoughts, anger management, difficult emotions, or the fear and uncertainty life brings. This can lead to feelings of being stuck, misunderstood, or overwhelmed. I offer both in-person and secure online psychological services to help you navigate and address these challenges.

I am a Registered Psychological Associate (Supervised Practice), with comprehensive experience working in hospitals, government organizations, and educational settings. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Government College University Lahore. I provide evidence-based, compassionate care using CBT, DBT, ACT, REBT, and Behavior Modification, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. My goal is to empower clients to address underlying issues and create lasting change. I also have extensive experience conducting psychological assessments for police officers.

I’m pleased to offer dedicated psychological assessment and therapeutic services. Contact me for a free, 30-minute confidential consultation. I’m happy to provide more details, answer any questions, and support you on your healing journey. It would be a privilege to work with you.
