Dr. Tripti Jaiswal, Ph.D.
Clinical Psychologist (CPO# 10006811) in Supervised Practice
Under the Supervision of Dr. Kimberly Sogge, C.Psych. (CPO# 4531)
Welcome, I’m Dr. Tripti Jaiswal, a compassionate clinical psychologist with a deep commitment to supporting individuals in navigating life's challenges with resilience and clarity. I hold a Ph.D. from Panjab University, India, with specialized expertise in both clinical and positive psychology. I am honored to work under the supervision of Dr. Kimberly Sogge, a seasoned psychologist whose guidance enhances my practice as I serve adults seeking personal and professional growth, mental well-being, and inner peace.
In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental space where we can address a range of life challenges, from managing stress and trauma to achieving emotional well-being amidst the demands of a busy life. I integrate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and mindfulness-based relaxation, alongside specialized tools to help you manage anxiety, depression, trauma, workplace stress, OCD, and more. My approach to therapy is both intuitive and scientific, rooted in mindfulness to help foster a deeper understanding of oneself.
My professional journey spans multiple roles, from private practice psychologist to assistant professor and corporate research analyst. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I also volunteered with the Government of Rajasthan and the National Capital Territory of Delhi, supporting individuals during this time of great uncertainty. Through these experiences, I have developed a well-rounded approach that respects the complexities of the human mind and spirit, particularly for those navigating life between cultures.
I am fluent in both English and Hindi, allowing me to connect meaningfully with clients in their preferred language, making therapy a deeply personal and accessible experience.
