About Me
I am a clinical and counselling psychologist with a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto. I provide assessment and treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns. I foster genuine, collaborative relationships to help clients uncover their strengths, build resilience, and create lasting change. As a Korean-Canadian, I recognize the importance of culturally sensitive and informed care. I have a deep understanding of the immigrant experience, bicultural identity, and intergenerational family dynamics—insights that shape my approach with clients from Korean and other culturally diverse backgrounds.
