About Me

I offer evidence-based psychological services to adolescents and adults across Ontario. My practice, rooted in a mission to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to reach their personal goals, offers both assessment and individual psychotherapy services. Services are confidential, accessible (in-person and virtual), and bilingual (English/French).

As a registered clinical psychologist and member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario, I bring a wealth of experience and dedication to my practice. My professional journey has included working in diverse settings, such as a community-based agency, hospital, post-secondary institution, and private practice. This varied background has equipped me with a broad perspective and deep understanding of the unique challenges individuals face across different environments.

Over the past decade, I have been privileged to serve in Sudbury, Ontario, offering psychological services tailored to the distinct needs of individuals living in Northern Ontario. My commitment to increasing access to mental health has been a cornerstone of my practice, reflecting my dedication to making high-quality psychological care accessible to all, regardless of geographic location.
