Smith and was a member of the group of scholars who introduced the Interdisciplinary Women.s Studies Programme to Simon Fraser University in 1976.
I am registered to practice in British Columbia as well as Ontario offering online therapy to individuals and couples in both provinces. I have over 40 years of rich and diverse experience in creating a safe environment for clients to explore and express their emotions in their full intensity, gain insights into their thoughts, emotions and behaviours and evolve spiritually.
I have dedicated my life to optimal health and emotional wellness. and to enhancing my committed relationship to a life partner of 35 years, Together we have navigated many of life's overwhelming moments, many curves and unseen bends and bonded ever more deeply. This personal and shared journey is the foundation of the inspiration I bring to client consultations.
I have worked successfully with clients from all religious, cultural, class and racial backgrounds to overcome divisiveness while celebrating diversity and assisted them to live more meaningful, joyful, purposeful lives. My clients deep understanding, acceptance of themselves and self love has assured that they have become more effective agents of social change and more creative in their careers, parenting and all other endeavours. Increased clarity, JOY, freedom are outcomes to expect. It has been and still is a privilege to bear witness to client inner joy
