About Me

I am a bilingual clinical psychologist licensed in both Québec and Ontario. I have completed my PhD in the School/Applied Child Psychology program at McGill University and trained in various settings, including community centers, schools, and private practice both in Montréal and Toronto.

I have experience working with children, teens, and young adults who struggle with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, low mood, relationships, and emotional regulation.

While I have experience completing psychoeducational assessments, I only offer individual therapy and parenting consultations at the moment both in person (office in Montréal) and online across Québec and Ontario.

When working with parents, my interventions are influenced by relationship- and strength-based approaches. I also integrates evidenced-based interventions from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

I am passionate about helping youth discover their identities, navigate the different pressures of adolescence, and strengthen their interpersonal relationships. I also enjoy working collaboratively with parents and helping them learn new ways of responding to their children’s emotional needs and challenges.
