About Me

I offer a supportive and non-judgemental environment wherein we can understand your challenges and explore the underlying issues that created them. I will work with you to create lasting change by facilitating self-reflection, self-acceptance, and by examining emotional and interpersonal patterns.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and draws from psychodynamic traditions, emotion-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness approaches. My approach focuses on the psychological roots of your problems, attends to the unconscious, and explores how the past influences the present. I also focus on the relationship that we form together. Patterns that we observe in our relationship are helpful in understanding dynamics in other areas of your life.

I obtained a doctorate in Counselling Psychology from McGill University.
