About :

Clinical psychologist with a specialized training in psychodynamic and psychoanalytically oriented therapies. Based in Toronto, Ontario, I provide therapy services for adolescents (11-18) and adults in both French and English. both virtually and in-person.

My Approach:

My approach is based on psychodynamic psychotherapy, influenced by a psychoanalytic perspective. We will focus on understanding the "How" and "Why" of emotions, behaviors, and thoughts, offering a deeper exploration for lasting change. I strive to provide the space for discussing what was previously unspoken, fostering insight, transformative change, and relief from symptoms. In our work together, we will understand your unique narrative and how it impacts your daily life.

Experiences :
- Experience: Master's in Clinical Psychology, and more than 6 years of clinical experience accross France, Quebec and Ontario. Experiences span private practice and public hospital settings, where I have engaged with adult psychiatry and pedo-psychiatry.
- Bilingual : Fluent in French and English, offering sessions in your preferred language.
