About Me
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of conditions, including mood disorders (e.g., major depressive disorder, persistent depressive disorder), anxiety disorders (e.g., social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, specific phobias) and related disorders (e.g., OCD), and traumatic stress and related disorders (i.e., PTSD). I am trained in a number of evidence-based approaches, including disorder specific cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma-focused treatments (e.g., cognitive-processing therapy, prolonged exposure therapy).
I completed my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Ottawa in 2018 and have completed clinical rotations in various hospital inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as private and community mental health. I have been working consistently in both the public and private sector, and also work as an Assistant Professor at McMaster University, where I provide education, training, and clinical supervision to health professional learners on cognitive-behavioural therapy.
