About Me
Hello! My name is Nancy (she/her) and I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. I completed my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Ottawa in 2021. I did my pre-doctoral internship at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences, working in inpatient and outpatient units.
My therapy style is to empower you to thrive in your everyday life. I am trained in evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, and I integrate other evidence-based approaches, like emotion regulation, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
I am a proud Punjabi woman, and a daughter of immigrants from India. I am committed and passionate to deliver services that takes culture into consideration. My practice is also anti-oppressive, LGBTQ+ affirmative, and trauma-informed.
