Health anxiety is often the fear that one is ill, or that one will become ill in the future. Often the uncertainty surrounding the future or certain physical symptoms can increase this anxiety and during a pandemic, this anxiety can become more prevalent. This webinar will discuss the conceptualization of health anxiety, as well as cognitive and behavioural strategies to address it.
