The Ontario Psychological Association represents professional psychologists in Ontario. Our mission is to be an advocate for issues of importance to both our membership and the public.
The Association offers Member status to individuals who are registered psychologists. Affiliate status is available to psychological associates, and to non-regulated individuals with masters degrees, working under the supervision of a psychologist. Student affiliate status is open to graduate students in psychology.
The Association is governed by a Board of Directors. Eleven directors are elected on a regional basis, six by special-interest sections of the profession, and four by the membership at large to the positions of President, President-Elect, Past-President and Financial Officer.
